Terms of Service
Effective 18 August 2026
These terms govern access to Ingalla, a company operations service provided by V GROUP SARL. A company administrator accepts these terms for the organization, and each user must follow them.
Workplace accounts
Ingalla accounts are created or authorized by a company. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and use only the company data and functions they are permitted to access. The company is responsible for assigning roles and permissions.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse Ingalla, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, extract data without authorization, or use the service to violate employment, privacy, financial, or other laws.
Company content and instructions
The company and its users retain rights in content they provide. They authorize V GROUP SARL to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate and secure Ingalla. Company approvals, payroll instructions, reviews, and attendance rules remain the company's responsibility.
Location and attendance
Attendance location verifies proximity to a company-approved worksite at the moment of check-in or check-out. It is one operational signal and should be reviewed fairly. Users must not falsify location or attendance information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ingalla reliable but may perform maintenance, correct defects, change features, or suspend access to protect users and the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Fees and third-party services
Commercial fees, if any, are agreed with the subscribing company and are not purchased through the mobile app. Third-party platform, network, email, storage, or banking services remain governed by their own terms.
Suspension and termination
A company may disable workplace accounts. V GROUP SARL may restrict access for security, legal, non-payment, or material misuse reasons. Users may request account deletion, subject to verification and lawful retention of limited workplace records.
Disclaimers and liability
Ingalla supports administrative workflows but does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, medical, or employment advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss caused by a proven breach and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cameroon, without removing mandatory rights available in a user's jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
