Delete your Ingalla account

You can submit a deletion request here or from More → Account in the Ingalla mobile app. We will acknowledge the request, verify ownership where necessary, and complete it within 30 days.

• Your Ingalla sign-in and active account access will be removed.
• Personal profile data controlled by Ingalla will be deleted or de-identified.
• Your employer may retain limited payroll, attendance, security, or legal records when required by law or a valid workplace obligation.
• Encrypted backups may take up to 90 days to expire and are not used for normal operations.
